Acknowledging the students about the importance of sustainable innovation and circular economy for organizations, giving the theoretical background about the sustainable innovation and circular economy and guiding them to develop a sustainable new product as a group project.

This course introduces the student to the basic concepts of the sustainable innovation and circular economy, and provides an opportunity for active learning on these topics. Classes will combine theoretical content and multidiciplinary teamwork on a project. The students will work on innovative solutions for the circular economy taking into account technical consideration and business model design.
